1) Who we are

PalworldCard.com (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides digital tools for card collectors, including collection making/management, valuation, and analytics. Contact: support@palworldcard.com or use our contact page.

2) Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using PalworldCard.com or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

3) Our Services

• Account authentication via email/username and oAuth2 (Google one-click sign-in/up).
• Free Pro Member accounts. Membership costs nothing - an account simply unlocks the full feature set (database filters and traffic data, all leader board timeframes, unlimited collections, and the weekly members-only newsletter).
• Collection management and valuation tools. Valuations are derived strictly from aggregated eBay, TCGplayer and CardNexus marketplace data and analytics. They are estimates for informational purposes only and are not financial advice or guarantees of resale value.
• A card database that uses eBay, TCGplayer and CardNexus data and analytics to rank and value cards.
• Public list sharing (see Community Rules below).
• Email newsletters available via account sign-up or footer forms; you may unsubscribe at any time.

4) Accounts & Security

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent you have permission from a parent/guardian.
• You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at support@palworldcard.com.

5) Membership

• All PalworldCard.com memberships are free. We do not charge for access, sell subscriptions, or process payments on this site.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page or by contacting support.
• Feature availability may change as the site evolves; we will keep membership free of charge unless we clearly announce otherwise in advance.

6) Acceptable Use

• Do not violate laws, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or attempt to breach security.
• No scraping, bulk harvesting, or automated access beyond normal browser use.
• No resale, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation of our data, rankings, or valuations without written permission.

7) Content, Data & Third-Party Sources

• We strive for accurate information but cannot guarantee completeness, timeliness, or accuracy. Markets change and data sources may be incomplete or delayed.
• Valuations/analytics use data from third parties (e.g., eBay, TCGplayer and CardNexus). Those services may change without notice.

8) Community Rules (public lists & shared content)

• Be respectful; no hate speech, harassment, or illegal content.
• No spam, scams, impersonation, or doxxing.
• Share only content you have the right to share; you remain responsible for what you post (including public list names and descriptions).
• Moderators may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.
• We are not liable for user-generated content in community spaces.

9) Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Except where noted, all content (including original artwork) is owned by LAUDORACING USA dba PalworldCard.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

10) Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or harm to the Services or community.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Privacy Policy

1) Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use PalworldCard.com, create an account, subscribe, or join our newsletter.

2) Information We Collect

• Account & Auth Data: email, username, hashed password (if signing up by email), OAuth2 basic profile info (Google) such as email and display name.
• Collection & Usage Data: items you add/manage, preferences, saved lists, valuations you view.
• Communications: support messages, newsletter sign-ups and preferences.
• Technical: server logs, device/browser details, cookies/localStorage (e.g., session, asset versioning), and analytics signals to improve the Service.

3) How We Use Information

• Provide, secure, and improve the Services.
• Operate authentication (email & OAuth2) and maintain sessions.
• Send administrative notices and, if opted-in, newsletters/marketing (unsubscribe any time).
• Analyze usage to improve features and performance.

4) Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and localStorage to keep you signed in, handle performance/versioning (e.g., asset version key), and support functionality. You can control cookies in your browser, but some features may not work without them.

5) Third-Party Services

• eBay API: provides data that powers valuations and analytics.
• TCGplayer: provides marketplace listing and pricing data used alongside eBay data for valuations and analytics.
• CardNexus API: provides marketplace listing and pricing data used alongside eBay data for valuations and analytics.
• Google OAuth2: optional one-click sign-in; subject to Google's terms and privacy practices.

6) Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the Services (e.g., processors), to comply with law, or with your consent.

7) Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method is 100% secure; please use strong, unique passwords and enable available protections.

8) Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. We may anonymize or aggregate data for analytics.

9) Your Choices & Rights

• Access, update, or delete your account data by contacting us or using in-product controls where available.
• Unsubscribe from newsletters via the link in messages or by contacting support.
• Request more information about our data practices at support@palworldcard.com.

10) Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us to remove it.

11) International Users

Our systems operate in the United States; your data may be processed there. By using the Services, you consent to such processing.

Refunds & Returns

1) Nothing Is Sold Here

PalworldCard.com does not sell anything. Membership is free, there are no subscriptions or trials, and we do not process payments on this site. As a result, refunds do not apply.

2) Legacy Subscriptions

If you previously purchased a paid membership through PayPal, that plan has been discontinued and no further charges will be made. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@palworldcard.com and we will review it promptly.

3) No Returns

As there are no physical items or paid products, returns are not applicable.

Affiliate Disclosure

1) Our relationship with eBay, TCGplayer and CardNexus

PalworldCard.com is a participant in the eBay Partner Network, an affiliate advertising programme. As an eBay Partner, we may be compensated if you make a purchase after clicking through to eBay from this site.

We also participate in the CardNexus affiliate programme, which is administered through Impact.com. We may be compensated if you make a purchase after clicking through to the CardNexus marketplace from this site.

We are an independent fan site. We are not owned, operated, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by eBay Inc., by TCGplayer, or by CardNexus. “eBay” is a trademark of eBay Inc. Nothing on this site should be read as a statement by eBay or by CardNexus.

2) How our links work

• Every outbound shopping link on this site is labelled with the marketplace it leads to, so you know before you click - for example “Buy on eBay”, “Buy on TCGplayer” or “Buy on CardNexus”.
• We never redirect you automatically. You reach eBay, TCGplayer or CardNexus only by choosing to click a clearly marked link.
• Outbound links carry an affiliate tracking parameter so any resulting purchase is attributed to us. They are marked rel="sponsored nofollow" for search engines.
• Clicking a link costs you nothing extra. The price you pay on eBay, TCGplayer or CardNexus is the same whether or not you arrived from this site.

3) Prices, availability and listing data

• Listings, prices, shipping costs and availability are set by individual eBay, TCGplayer and CardNexus sellers, not by us. We do not sell any of the items shown.
• Listing data is retrieved from the eBay, TCGplayer and CardNexus marketplaces and cached, so it can be out of date. A listing may sell, change price, or be withdrawn between our last refresh and your click. Always confirm the current price and terms on the marketplace before buying.
• Currency conversions and “delivered” totals shown on this site are estimates for comparison only. Shipping quoted for CardNexus listings is calculated for delivery to the United States and will differ elsewhere. The amount the marketplace charges you is authoritative.
• Our inclusion of a listing is not a recommendation or a guarantee about the seller or the item.

4) What we do not do

• We do not bid on eBay trademarked terms in paid search, and we do not send paid search traffic directly to eBay.
• We do not use “eBay” in our domain name or in our social media account names.
• We do not place affiliate links on any eBay property, including eBay listings, stores or messages.
• We do not obscure where a link goes, and we do not use mystery or teaser offers to send you to eBay.

5) Other affiliate relationships

We take part in the TCGplayer affiliate programme, which is administered through Impact.com. Where a card is cheapest on TCGplayer, the link is labelled “Buy on TCGplayer” and we may be compensated if you buy after clicking it, at no extra cost to you.

We also take part in the CardNexus affiliate programme, which is administered through Impact.com. Where a card or sealed product is cheapest on the CardNexus marketplace, the link is labelled “Buy on CardNexus” and we may be compensated if you make a purchase after clicking through.

Where we take part in any other affiliate or advertising programme, the same principles apply: links will be clearly marked, disclosure will be given, and the price you pay will never increase because you used our link.
